Welcome, Explorers! Have you heard of the renowned Jim Corbett National Park? This iconic park, India’s oldest, is celebrated for its diverse wildlife, notably the Bengal tiger. Initially comprising seven zones—Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Durgadevi, Dhikala, Pawalgarh, and Garjiya—a new zone, Phato Zone, was inaugurated last year. Situated 22 km from Ramnagar, it’s a recent addition to this sanctuary.

Jeep safaris operate during two time slots:

Morning: 05:30 am to 09:00 am | Evening: 03:00 pm to 06:30 pm

Experience the diversity of Phato Zone with its sightings of tigers, Barking Deer, Sambhar, Leopards, a variety of birds, and majestic Elephants. Notably, the zone features an intriguing underwater pond frequented by these wildlife inhabitants, creating an ideal spot for sightings.

Though Phato Eco Tourism Zone is relatively new, it has swiftly captured tourists’ fascination, becoming their preferred choice. Initially, bookings for Phato Zone were exclusively offline, managed directly at the Phato Gate.

Even if wildlife encounters, particularly with tigers, aren’t guaranteed, the zone’s natural allure is enchanting in itself. Nature’s pristine beauty in this zone ensures a delightful visit, offering serene vistas that will uplift your spirits.

The Pawalgarh Conservation Reserve, nestled in Uttarakhand, India, boasts rich biodiversity, housing a myriad of wildlife like tigers, leopards, elephants, deer, and a multitude of bird species.

For an immersive exploration of the reserve’s wildlife and natural splendor, visitors can embark on jeep safaris. These excursions, conducted by authorized operators or forest department experts, unveil the area’s diverse flora and fauna.

Jeep safaris offer a thrilling journey into designated zones, providing opportunities to witness wildlife in their natural habitat. While the open-top jeeps ensure excellent visibility, wildlife sightings are unpredictable due to animals’ free movement.
